Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every enquiry, quote and order with Seraph, a wedding stationery and branding studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. By confirming an order, you agree to them.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once you've accepted the quote in writing and paid the deposit. Package contents and pricing on this website are a guide; your quote is what applies.

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit secures your booking and covers design time.
• The balance is due before printing begins, or before final digital files are released.
• Prices are in South African Rand.

Proofs and approval

We'll send you proofs to review. Please check every detail carefully — names, dates, venues and spelling. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you've approved, and we can't be responsible for errors in approved work. Changes after approval may carry a fee.

Revisions

Your package includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in your quote. Further rounds are charged at our standard rate.

Timelines

We'll agree a schedule with you at the start. Delays in sending information or approving proofs may move the delivery date. Printing and courier times are estimates from our suppliers and outside our control.

Colour and materials

Colours on screen can differ from print, and handmade papers, inks and finishes vary naturally. These variations are part of the character of the work and aren't defects.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time by letting us know in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and work completed up to the date of cancellation is charged. Printed items are made to order and can't be returned, unless they're faulty — in which case contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right.

Intellectual property

Designs remain Seraph's property until paid in full. Once paid, you're free to use them for your wedding. We may share images of finished work in our portfolio and on social media — tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
